Why men only?
At MyBody Studios, we recognise that some students are apprehensive of coming into a new studio environment for the first time. Classes in speciaist studios are often perceived as female dominated and it can make the first time student feel potentially anxious or inadequate. To counteract this perception, we have launched our hugely popular Yoga for Men sessions.
This is a male only class taught by a man in a male environment. If you prefer not to exercise in a mixed session, then this class is for you. Craig is an excellent teacher from Sunderland, who will guide and assist you into each of the yoga postures throughout the class. These sessions are very popular, so book early to avoid disappointment!

Single Session Credit - We recommend this option for first time users. Although it is a slightly more expensive option, you don't have to commit yourself to purchasing a whole course of lessons. The advantage is that this option allows you to try out your chosen class to see if you like it or not. The disadvantage is that it is more expensive and you only get 7 days to use your lesson from the date of purchase. This means that you have to wait until the last minute to book your chosen class, which may mean that it is already fully booked if it is a popular class.
Six Session Credits - We recommend this option for regular clients who have already tried out our different classes. You get 8 weeks to use up your 6 credits. You can use your 6 credits for any class on any day or time, with any instructor and for all of the different movement methods. The advantage of this option is that it is cheaper than a single session but you are able to book up for your chosen class up to 8 weeks in advance. This means that you are likely to be guaranteed your place on your chosen class if a particular class is very popular.
Twelve Session Credits - We recommend this option for regular clients who have already tried out our different classes. This option is designed for students who wish to attend classes at least twice a week. Effectively, you get your second class at half price. However, you only get 8 weeks to use up your 12 credits. This means that the system forces you to come to at least two sessions a week. You can use your 12 credits for any class on any day or time, with any instructor and for all of the different movement methods. The system allows you to book up for your chosen classes up to 8 weeks in advance. This means that you are likely to be guaranteed your place on your chosen class if a particular class is very popular.
