Meditation helps to reduce stress and anxiety and lowers heart rate and blood pressure. It gives us a sense of calm and balance. During these sessions, you will encounter different types of meditation in order to find the right one for you. Mindfulness allows us to live in the NOW and control incessant thoughts.
