New to exercise? Low fitness level? Stressed? Injured?
If you are looking to get back into fitness again, then this gentle class is for you. Whether you are elderly, have just had a baby or have not exercised in years, taking the first steps back into fitness can be daunting. Our basic beginners stretch and mobility class will help you get your body moving again and get into shape.
You will start your class with some gentle massage techniques, using props such as the foam roller and spikey massage balls in order to release tight muscle tissue. The focus will be to mobilise all of the major joints, whilst increasing flexibility to encourage better posture and easier movement.
The relaxation section at the end of the lesson will calm the body and mind and leave you feeling de-stressed. The class is run at a gentle pace and we aim to make you feel rejuvenated, taller and more supple. Your instructor will carefully guide you towards the path of health and fitness again. Single Session Credit - We recommend this option for first time users. Although it is a slightly more expensive option, you don't have to commit yourself to purchasing a whole course of lessons. The advantage is that this option allows you to try out your chosen class to see if you like it or not. The disadvantage is that it is more expensive and you only get 7 days to use your lesson from the date of purchase. This means that you have to wait until the last minute to book your chosen class, which may mean that it is already fully booked if it is a popular class.
Six Session Credits - We recommend this option for regular clients who have already tried out our different classes. You get 8 weeks to use up your 6 credits. You can use your 6 credits for any class on any day or time, with any instructor and for all of the different movement methods. The advantage of this option is that it is cheaper than a single session but you are able to book up for your chosen class up to 8 weeks in advance. This means that you are likely to be guaranteed your place on your chosen class if a particular class is very popular.
Twelve Session Credits - We recommend this option for regular clients who have already tried out our different classes. This option is designed for students who wish to attend classes at least twice a week. Effectively, you get your second class at half price. However, you only get 8 weeks to use up your 12 credits. This means that the system forces you to come to at least two sessions a week. You can use your 12 credits for any class on any day or time, with any instructor and for all of the different movement methods. The system allows you to book up for your chosen classes up to 8 weeks in advance. This means that you are likely to be guaranteed your place on your chosen class if a particular class is very popular.
