Meditation with Movement Workshop

These two hour workshops at our Sunderland studio, combine flowing body movement with meditation and relaxation techniques to nourish the soul, calm the mind and de-stress the body.

No two workshops are the same, so you can attend regularly and have a different experience each time. Each session will focus on a different aspect of meditation to enhance the body/mind connection, includiong the chakras, self love, forgiveness, cleansing the subconscious etc.).

Different meditation techniques will also be employed including; Japa meditation, Mala Bead meditation, Guided visualisations etc as not one size fits all. Some technqiues work better for some individuals than others, so it's a journey of exploration and an exciting one too.

The movements follow a natural mobilising pattern, with a graceful dance like quality to allow energy to flow freely and increase the feel good factor.

Pilates Beginners Workshop

These one off introductory taster workshops will teach you the fundamental technique that is required to join a group class

Yoga Beginners Workshop
£16.00

You will learn some basic yoga asanas (postures) on this two hour workshop, along with breathing and relaxation techniques

Mindfulness & Meditation
£80

Learn the different types of meditation in order to find the right path for you. A variety of mindfulness techniques are also taught.

Yoga and Wine

Staying in is the new going out! Combine your two favourite things in one fun session and meet like-minded people while you chillout!

Kundalini Yoga Workshop

This two hour workshop will introduce you to the basic practice of Kundalini yoga with some basic krias (actions/ moves), meditation and chanting

Barre Workshop
£12

This 90 minute session will introduce you to some of the basic movements performed at the barre, followed by a one hour taster class.
