DanceFit is a fun, gentle and low impact workout, suitable for the Over Fifties. Fun fitness for all levels in this exercise to music workout. This class consists of a basic warm up to increase heart rate and mobilise the joints. A few basic dance sequences are performed, followed by toning exercises on the floor and a final cool down stretch to lengthen the muscles and relax the body.
This popular class is aimed at seniors but all ages can attend. Basic routines are performed to the beat of the music under the guidance of your experienced instructor. You will feel increase your stamina and coordination and leave feeling energised and more flexible. What's not to love?
