Benefits of a BarreFloor Class
BarreFloor is a non stop toning class done to the beat of the music. A warm up and mobiliser section starts the class on the floor and then core strength exercises are performed in a variety of different positions. Pilates principles are combined with fitness and ballet moves on the mat. The choreographed routine increases stamina. A fun and challenging workout.
This is similar to a full barre class but the exercises are done on the mat instead of standing up at the barre.
