Teacher Training

MyBody Studios provides top quality teacher training at affordable prices.  Director Emma Newham has been an advanced level three teacher with Body Control Pilates for eleven years.  Emma regularly coaches student teachers after completion of their exams so that they may gain real work experience on the job. Emma runs development workshops which are attended by Body Control Pilates teachers.  These are recognised by The Body Control Pilates Association under their professional development programme.  Below is a list of the current workshops available to book online.
