Sessions are an 45 minutes long and consist of a Zumba fitness warm up followed by dance moves such as Salsa and Merengue and many others. Learn the basic steps, then add arm movements, travel and turn whilst performing the steps and then turn them into fitness movements to increase stamina and burn those calories! Classes finish with a cool down and post workout stretch.
Zumba is now so popular, classes are packed and it’s difficult to get a space or get proper tuition. At our studio, classes are pre-booked to guarantee low numbers, which allows for proper tuition and individual attention.
Classes last 45 minutes and cost £5 for a group of less than 15 people.
