Over Sixties Pilates

Exercise classes for the Over Sixties are extremely popular.  Fun, relaxed and sociable, this Pilates class is a more relaxed pace than the typical Pilates session.  Joint mobility, back care and muscle toning are emphasised.   Exercises to increase flexibility and range of motion as well as to reduce tension in the body are encouraged.  Specific areas of the body, which can deteriorate with the ageing process, such as the hip and shoulder joints, are targeted in the effort to try and avoid problems later in life.  Exercise gives you the freedom and independence to enjoy life in the latter years.  Over sixties discount is  £40 for a six week course instead of £46.
