Aerobic Pilates

Also known as walking Pilates.  This type of class works up a sweat very quickly and encourages stamina whilst building aerobic capacity.  The exercises are all performed from a standing position.  Aerobic and strength exercises are done whilst employing the Pilates technique.  By applying the Pilates principles into aerobic moves, it makes for a tough workout regime.  This type of Pilates enhances weight loss and a sense of well being whilst improving cardio-vascular fitness.

Since this is a challenging workout that builds a sweat very quickly, the class is limited to a 30 minute routine.  The course costs £21 for six weeks.  Saturday morning at 11.30am.
