MyBody Studios ® is the North East's premier venue for holistic exercise.  We specialise in Pilates mat and machine work, yoga and Gyrotonic. Director, Emma Newham has almost 15 years experience in the fitness industry and now helps to train student teachers.  Our studio offers 30 group classes per week as well as one to one tuition. All ages and abilities are catered for.  Although primarily a fitness venue, the business has grown organically over the years and has expanded to include other health and beauty treatments.  It is now a co-operative of small, self-employed businesses sharing common premises.  Each individual therapist is an expert in their chosen field.  

Fitness - Pilates Mat and Machine classes; Yoga; Gyrotonic; Personal Training; Teacher Training - All classes are closely monitored by qualified professional staff in a stimulating, friendly, fun and social environment.  Our ongoing investment in equipment and staff training is specifically designed to help members achieve their personal goals.  We welcome new members of all ages and abilities to our well established Pilates studio.  Emma trained with Europes largest Pilates organisation, Body Control Pilates and is a level 4 member of the Register of Exercise Professionals.
